Get ready for an absolute scorcher with 32°C sunshine heading our way by Friday

The Metro says Get your suncream at the ready, as the ‘first properly hot summer’s day’ is set to arrive in Britain.

Recent months have been somewhat of a let down so far with rain, low temperatures and wind taking over the months of May and June.

But forecasters have promised heatwaves a plenty over the coming months.

On Friday, the temperature in London could even hit 32°C.
