Shoppers are raving about the effects this collagen toner is having on their complexion, with one saying their skin ‘looks amazing’ after dousing it in the stuff.

But it has quite the ingredient…

Have you heard of sea cucumber collagen? It’s an ingredient found in Bescher’s sell-out product, the Sea Cucumber Collagen Glow Toner, which had a waitlist of 35,000 and sold out days after its launch earlier this year.

Aussie brand Bescher claims the wonder ingredient aims to target wrinkles, give a more even complexion, increase hydration and it’s evidently changing lives.

‘I’m 65 and my skin has never been better,’ one shopper said in a review after stating they ‘love the toner’, adding: ‘I wouldn’t use anything else.’

Another claimed: ‘I can really see my pores becoming smaller.’

According to the brand, clinical trials have suggested that this sea cucumber collagen has the potential to offer amazing skin benefits. We’re talking about resurfaced skin, a reduction in the appearance of pores, increased hydration, increased levels of collagen.

But if you thought this toner just contained sea cucumber collagen, the wizardry doesn’t end there. It’s also bursting with AHA’s, hyaluronic acid, lilly pilly and willow bark extract.

They kind of sound like they belong in a witch’s cauldron, but rest assured they’re skin-loving ingredients.

Not sure exactly what sea cucumbers are? They’re little creatures (lol if you thought they were a type of cucumber, we’re also guilty) that eat algae enriched with collagen and nutrients – and evidently, skincare brands are trying to harness this.
