England captain Harry Kane has delivered an emotinal message to his team-mates ahead of the Euro 2024 final against Spain.
Continually tormented by the heartbreaking loss to Italy in the Euros final in 2021, Kane has insisted that the England squad are ready to fulfill Gareth Southgate’s vision of instilling pride back into the national side.
Ahead of their showdown with Spain in the Olympiastadion, Kane declared: “Over the years we’ve done fantastically well in a lot of tournaments – but now it’s time to get over the line.
BBC One cancels huge TV show in schedule shake-up for Euro 2024 final
BBC One’s television timetable is about to experience another significant reshuffle due to the Euro 2024 final. The network’s main channel has rearranged its regular programming to accommodate the match, scheduled for Sunday, July 14.
The much-anticipated European Championship final in Berlin will see England go head-to-head with Spain. BBC One will broadcast the football match from 7pm until 10.30pm.
Several beloved TV shows have been shifted from their usual Sunday evening slots, or even cancelled, to make room for the coverage. Popular programmes such as Antiques Roadshow and Countryfile are affected by the schedule alterations.
