Vanessa Feltz admitted she wasn’t keen to sign up for any more reality TV after looking for love on Channel 4’s Celebs Go Dating.
The 61-year-old TalkTV presenter has been dating a series of men handpicked by the show’s experts for the last few weeks.
However, the star has received plenty of backlash online for her ‘rude attitude’ and ‘delusional superiority’ from viewers.
Following her split from her long-term partner and fiance Ben Ofoedu, 51, Vanessa has been vocal about finding love and her romantic experiences.
She opened up about her time on the reality series and slammed the show for how they edited her scenes.
The star told the Daily Mail: ‘I had no idea the editors were going to carve me up like that. I was always on my best behaviour for hours on end and then they always showed the bit where I’m looking so p****d off at the end.

‘If I hadn’t have been so sulky they wouldn’t have shown it. Dating at any hard but dating in front of thousands of people. I’ve learnt not to do any more reality TV.’
Her comments came after fans of the show called her out for what they perceived as ‘rude’ behaviour on a string of dates that ended in Vanessa opting to decline a second meeting.
One penned on Twitter: ‘Vanessa feltz needs to get over herself on #celebsgodating, she doesn’t need a date, she needs a wake up call.’
Another said: ‘That Vanessa is honestly so rude man,’ while a separate account noted: ‘Vanessa is literally out here sucking the life out of this show. Why is she even still there, she’s made her mind up before she meets every guy #celebsgodating.’
Despite the negative comments, some positive reaction to her cameo on the series was shared on TikTok by fans, with a supporter commenting: ‘She’s not horrible by any means.

‘She still needs time to process the previous break-up. She’s clearly still heartbroken. We’re with you hun.’
The star blamed the show’s agents – Paul Brunson and Anna Williams – for placing her on dates that were too similar to her previous relationship.
After yet another failed attempt at finding a connection, she exclaimed on the programme: ‘This is identical to the relationship I have just come out of.
‘So yes, I am absolutely closed off and there is nothing wrong with that.’
