TV star Ryan Gallagher has revealed that he once exposed himself to a plane – and we can only guess how the passengers might have reacted.
In a post shared on Instagram, the former Married At First Sight Australia star – who appeared on the programme in 2018 – uploaded a video of himself standing on the edge of a boat as it sailed across the water.
What made this feat a bit out of the ordinary was that he was butt naked from head to toe, with his back to the camera.
As Ryan, 35, held onto a railing, he waved as a plane was driven down a runway not too far away.
In the caption, he wrote: ‘8 years ago today I gave everyone another reason not to fly Jetstar, this is why they make you open the shades before landing.’
Jetstar is an Australian airline which transports flyers across Australia and on international journeys, to locations including Japan, New Zealand, Thailand and the US.

Ryan’s comments on Instagram were filled with punny, plane-related jokes, as one user called Mike said that the reality star’s stunt was ‘first class’.
Ben remarked that ‘this needs to be in the pre-flight take off video’, while Dane added: ‘They should have gone to specsavers!’
Maree stated: ‘That’s gold 😂😂😂 I needed this laugh 🤣🤣🤣,’ while Patti quipped: ‘Hope there was no nuns on that flight 😂.’
It definitely wouldn’t have been the view that Jetstar passengers were expecting when they looked out their windows!

After appearing on Married At First Sight Australia, Ryan met Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm, 31, on The Challenge Australia.
The couple announced their engagement in March 2023, before welcoming their baby boy in September later that year.
On September 21, he shared a photo on Instagram of himself with his newborn son, writing in his caption: ‘The last 10 days have have been the best of my life to date, Sampson Ryan Seebohm has changed our lives and we bloody love him he’s perfect.’
