The Sun on Sunday – Strictly boss: Gio is a shocker
Bullying at Strictly Come Dancing leads The Sun on Sunday, after judge Craig Revel Horwood said allegations of abusive behaviour on the show have come as a “shock”. Actress Amanda Abbington, who first accused professional dancer Giovanni Pernice of bullying, tells the paper she “would not have been able to live with myself” if she had stayed silent about her experience.
Pernice, who has rejected “any suggestion of abusive or threatening behaviour”, will not return to the show this year, and said in a statement on Instagram in June that he is “cooperating fully” with an ongoing “BBC investigation”
Britain’s Got Talent star Amanda and an exclusive on the Trump assassination attempt also make the front page.
