A teenage boy has died after he was knocked off his e-scooter and killed in a car crash.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the crash near Maidstone.
Officers said at around 10pm last night, a white BMW and a black e-scooter were involved in a collision while travelling in the same direction along Heath Road towards Coxheath.
A teenage boy was confirmed deceased at the scene.

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) attended and are investigating the collision.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: ‘The officers are appealing for anyone who saw the collision or either vehicle beforehand to call the SCIU appeal line on 01622 798 538 or email [email protected] quoting HW/HM/070/23.
‘Anyone with dashcam footage or private CCTV taken in the area which might assist enquiries is also urged to come forward and share it here.’
