Taylor and Dita stunned in the video for Bejeweled (Picture: Taylor Swift)
Taylor Swift has enlisted Dita Von Teese for her new music video for Bejeweled, her latest offering from new album Midnights.
The singer, 32, has brought a host of her famous pals on board for the music videos to go alongside her latest album, and Bejweled has a list of star-studded names.
The video sees Taylor take on a Cinderella-style role as the ‘house wench’ who is forced to clean up the vomit of her evil stepsisters, played by Alana, Danielle and Este Haim, with her wicked stepmother played by Laura Dern.
Of course, Taylor does end up going to the ball, where she puts on a spectacular display of burlesque dancing with none other than Dita herself.
The pair are seen wearing bejewelled bodysuits as they frolic in giant martini glasses, showering themselves with olives.
Taylor’s performance manages to win over the Queen – played by make-up mogul Pat McGrath – and win the heart of the Prince, aka Jack Antonoff, who Taylor then ghosts, taking his castle with her.
Midnights dropped on Friday and became the biggest-selling album of 2022 in the US in just three days after its release.
Taylor revealed during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that the new album was her way of turning pain into art.

She explained: ‘This is a pretty dark album, but I’d say I had more fun making it than any album I’ve ever made.
‘It’s because I don’t think that art and suffering have to be holding hands. I think you can write songs about pain or grief or suffering or loss or hard things that you go through in life. Shame, you know, love to write about that one, self-loathing – I could go on.
‘But I think, you know, with time and with the more albums I put out, making albums and making things and writing things feels like a way to sort of suck the poison out of a snakebite.
‘You’re putting it in the music, you’re putting it in a song and it could be the most harrowing song you have ever heard, but we had a blast making it.’
