Taylor Swift is said to have a new man in her life in the form of The 1975 frontman Matty Healy.
The news of this supposed new romance comes after the 33-year-old singer reportedly broke up with her boyfriend, 32-year-old actor Joe Alwyn, following a six-year partnership.
It’s been claimed that Taylor and Matty are on the verge of going public with their relationship and are ‘madly in love’, although it’s still ‘super-early days’ for them.
The source alleged that the pair were previously romantically involved for a very brief time around a decade ago, but ‘timings just didn’t work out’ at the time.
‘Taylor and Joe actually split up back in February, so there was absolutely no crossover,’ the source told The Scottish Sun.
‘Both Matty and Taylor have been touring over the past few weeks, so it’s been a lot of Face-Timing and texting but she cannot wait to see him again.’

The insider said that they are both ‘incredibly supportive of their respective careers’, as they ‘understand the pressures’ of each other’s jobs ‘better than anyone’.
‘They are both massively proud and excited about this relationship and, unlike Taylor’s last one – which was very much kept out of the spotlight, deliberately – she wants to “own” this romance, and not hide it away,’ they asserted.
‘Taylor just wants to live her life, and be happy. She’s told pals Matty is flying to Nashville over the weekend to support her on the next leg of her tour.’

The news of this reported new relationship comes months after Taylor surprised The 1975 fans by appearing at their concert in London as a surprise performer.
She even took a selfie with Matty’s mum, Loose Women star Denise Welch, backstage in a surreal, worlds-colliding moment.
In January this year, Matty declared that he was not going to kiss any fans at a 1975 concert out of respect for Taylor.
