Lots of questions about that flat party
Lots of repeated questions from the opposition about a party in the PM’s No 10 flat in November 2020.
It’s a big question because at PMQs in December last year the PM said “no” when asked if there had been a party in Downing Street on 13 November.
MPs are now questioning if that meant he misled parliament (a serious offence if deliberate) – something he’d be expected to resign for.
He was asked if there had been a party in Downing Street on 13 November and he said “no”.
The PM says he stands behind his December PMQs comment.
Sir Keir said "there is evidence of serious and flagrant breaches of lockdown" including "a party on 13 November 2020 in the pm's flat" #suegray #suegrayreport #suegrayday pic.twitter.com/1003gr7TIS
