Strictly Come Dancing viewers were firmly on Bobby Brazier’s team following criticism of his Halloween performance.
The EastEnders star, 20, brought some energy to a spooky evening with a lively cha cha, alongside pro partner Dianne Buswell, 34.
While audiences at home loved their routine to Come-On-a-My House by Della Reese, the judges weren’t so sure.
Consequently, Bobby and Dianne received a mixed bag of scores, which fans branded ‘ridiculous’, urging Bobby to get angry.
‘Boy, can you move those hips, that’s for sure! You definitely light up every room and you’ve got the flexibility, and I can see you are now starting to focus on details, footwork, and everything else that goes with it,’ began Shirley Ballas in her feedback.
‘We’re at the halfway point, so I don’t want you to plateau,’ she added. ‘From now on, keep pushing forward when it comes to footwork and leg positions.’

Anton Du Beke praised Bobby for doing certain ‘difficult’ steps ‘as well as I’ve seen anyone do them’, hailing him as ‘tremendous’.
When it came to Craig Revel Horwood, the typically harsh judge didn’t hold back.
‘It was rigid and flat-footed,’ he blasted.
‘You also need to concentrate on your arm that is free, because that doesn’t appear to be doing anything.’
‘There was attack in that, there was movement, coordination…’, Motsi Mabuse then told him.
‘I thought that was so powerful, you are somebody that we cannot just put to the side, you are a competitor.’

As for the scoring, Strictly viewers were left perplexed by the major difference in opinion, as Craig scored Bobby a six, while Motsi gave him a nine.
Shirley scored him seven and Anton gave an eight, giving a total of 30.
Reacting to the feedback Bobby was given, social media users had plenty to say.
‘Ridiculous scores for Bobby and Dianne. Motsi the only one with any sense’, one fan blasted.
‘bobby and dianne undermarked yet again ! every week !!!!’, another declared.
‘How in the hell can Craig give the same score for Bobby’s dance as he gave for Zara’s?! That’s just mad!’, another said.
Another branded the panel ‘delusional’ and others said Bobby ought to be ‘fuming’.
‘i would love to just have a chat with craig and have him explain to me how he just gave KRISHNAN and BOBBY the SAME SCORE’, another argued.
It’s been a tough few weeks for Bobby and Dianne, with the Aussie dance star previously calling him her ‘rock’ as her dad recovers from an illness.
Viewers were initially concerned for the loveable duo after both appeared downcast one Saturday night, with Dianne later addressing the matter in a YouTube video.
‘I thought I would be very upfront and honest with you all,’ she said in response to the worried messages she’d received.
‘Last week I got some news about my dad’s health and I won’t go into detail, but obviously, that affected me,’ she shared.

‘Being away from home and not being able to support and help your family in a time of need is quite a difficult thing so I did struggle a little bit last week in terms of that.’
Dianne and Bobby’s partnership has proven a real hit with Strictly viewers – and Bobby himself has made it clear he’s all in.
Despite receiving floods of DMs from girls who want to date him, the youngster assured he only has eyes for one redhead.
‘But my eyes are focused on my Juliet, Dianne.
‘She is unbelievable and performing every Saturday with her is so much fun,’ he said when speaking to The Sun, referencing their recent performance as Romeo and Juliet.
He continued: ‘I appreciate all the compliments and people thinking I’m a star – I’m in a fortunate position.
‘With social media, people seem to be enjoying the partnership and dances Dianne and I are doing.’
Strictly Come Dancing airs Saturday and Sunday on BBC One and iPlayer.
