Stacey Solomon was left ’embarrassed’ after her children had a meltdown in a supermarket.
However the mum-of-five was ‘grateful’ to see how many people offered her help as she grappled with three young kids acting like – well, kids.
The TV star and influencer, 34, is mum to Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 12, from previous relationships, and shares Rex, five, Rose, two, and nine-month-old Belle with husband Joe Swash.
And while Stacey regularly shares clips of her brood on social media, like most parents she chooses times when they’re on their best behaviour.
But on Saturday the former Queen of the Jungle shared a very real moment, revealing her youngsters had the ultimate tantrum when she was in a shop.
Taking to her Stories, Stacey posted a video of herself, sitting on the floor, thanking the ‘three people’ who tried to come to her rescue when she was dealing with her children having a meltdown.

‘I had a bit of a challenging supermarket trip,’ she admitted with a laugh.
‘I had to go and pick up my nephew’s presents for his party, and I went with all the kids because Joe’s not here.
‘Obviously, they were like “I want a present!” and I was like, “Er, no, it’s not your birthday, sorry.”‘
Unfortunately, Stacey putting her foot down meant ‘all Hell broke loose.’
‘I was trying to carry my nephew’s presents, the bags, the boxes, run after one child, hold another one that was screaming, and about three people offered me help.

‘I was so grateful – when you’re in those situations and you’re a bit flustered and a bit embarrassed, it’s really nice when people are helpful so I just want to say thank you. Just in case you’re watching and you thought “Did she make it home alive?”‘
She added that she was sorry she declined the offer of help, saying she wanted to say yes but was ‘really embarrassed and flustered, but thank you.’
It comes after another ‘nightmare’ day Stacey experienced recently with her kids – but in this case, she was forced to hang out in a pub at 10 in the morning with her two daughters after her car broke down.
‘I was on my last school run of the day, Rosie Posey, and my tyre blew so I literally crawled into this pub car park,’ she said in an Instagram video.

Luckily the pub owner took pity on her as she waited for a repair van to arrive so let her come into the venue, opening early for the star.
She wrote: ‘The lovely lady in the pub has let us wait inside. Belle is about as happy as I am about it.’
Belle was adorably grinning at the table while Rose looked at the table, concentrating hard on something unseen.
Two hours later the mum posted an update, showing her car, which was now tyre-free and being repaired.
Thankfully Rose got to school in the end and Stacey and Belle headed home after a chaotic morning
