Snoop Dogg dancing in the rain while a Scotsman plays one of his gangsta rap classics on a set of bagpipes is certainly a sight nobody ever saw coming, but it happened and was every bit as weird and wonderful as it sounds.
The Drop It Like It’s Hot rapper flew into the UK this week amid his European tour, which will see him perform in London, Leeds, Denmark, Dublin and Birmingham to name a few over the coming days.
However, first up was Glasgow, Scotland where the airport staff made the legendary rapper feel all the love with a very warm welcome indeed.
In a video which Snoop, 51, shared to his Instagram, the American rapper is seen dancing around on the runway tarmac while doing his trademark Crip Walk.
He was clearly enjoying the traditional sounds coming from the bagpipes, which an airport staff member – who wore a high-vis vest and a tartan skirt – was proudly playing nearby, remixing Snoop and Dr Dre’s classic Still Dre.
Adding to the incredible scenes, several other airport workers simply stood around just watching allowing Snoop to relish in the moment.

Once he’d had his fill, Snoop – real name Calvin Broadus – gave an appreciative thumbs up to the bagpipe-player and hopped inside his waiting car.
‘Just touched down in Scotland,’ Snoop captioned the clip.
His followers were equally entertained by the impromptu performance, with even Rita Ora commenting: ‘Iconic.’
One fan weighed in: ‘Even kings dont get the piper treatment on arrival.’

‘Bagpiper is invited to the cookout,’ another quipped.
One follower added: ‘And that’s why Scotland is the best country in the world.’
Snoop has certainly made an impression so far on his European tour, as he was presented with a Belfast Giants ice hockey team jersey ahead of his show at the city’s SSE Arena on Tuesday.
The rapper’s tour celebrates his incredible 25-year career filled with classic hits such as Drop It Gin and Juice, Like It’s Hot, Sexual Seduction, What’s My Name?, Beautiful and Still A G Thang.
He’s been jetting all over the globe in recent weeks as he was seen hanging out with Ed Sheeran and Russell Crowe backstage at the singer’s show in Australia earlier in March.
His tour will resume tonight at the Royal Arena in Denmark.
