Selling Sunset’s fabulous real estate agent and new mum-of-three Maya Vander has given birth to a baby girl.
This comes after the 39-year-old tragically lost her son in a stillbirth at 38 weeks in December 2021.
Just months later, Maya suffered miscarriage at 10 weeks, so welcoming her third child is a huge relief for the star.
Maya is known for appearing on Netflix’s hit real estate show Selling Sunset, which she starred in alongside other Oppenheim Group agents working in LA such as Chrishelle Stause and Heather Rae El Moussa.
Understandably, Maya kept her pregnancy under wraps until last week, when she confirmed the news and said she was ‘nervous but excited’.
Now, Maya and her husband David Miller are proud parents to Emma Reign, who joins their family with their two other children, Elle, 3, and Aiden, 4.
Alongside a picture of her, David, and little Emma posted to announce the happy news of their new arrival, Maya wrote: ‘Welcome to the world Emma Reign! My rainbow baby!

‘This was a long 9 months as I kept my pregnancy as quiet as possible from social media. I gave birth few days ago and words can not express my sense of relief and happiness!
‘Thank you so much @femcareobgyn and dr Senemar. Thank you to the amazing nurses at Baptist hospital. I will forever be grateful ❤️ and yes I’m wearing a mask because of course I had the worse cold🤧but I made it to push a baby with full stuffy nose;) (sic).’
Chatting to PEOPLE, Maya said she was feeling ‘so much relief’ that she and Emma are ‘both safe’.
‘I got induced at 37 weeks,’ Maya revealed of the recent birth, as she explained: ‘Given I had my stillbirth at 38, my doctor didn’t want to take any chances, even monitoring me twice a week towards the end.’

But the birth wasn’t totally incident-free, as Maya explained how Emma’s heartbeat dropped as she was pushing, and it turned out the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck.
‘It was scarier, given my recent loss. My husband was extremely worried, and I was focused on getting her out,’ she added.
As for her baby girl’s name, Maya loved the powerful meaning behind the word Reign and thought ‘Emma’ was in keeping with her other children’s names.
