Salisbury train crash could have been caused by major signal failure, experts fear
The Sun says CRASH experts were last night looking at whether a major signal failure caused the horror train smash that left 13 people injured near Salisbury.
They were trying to find out why two trains ended up on the same stretch of track as they both entered a tunnel heading in the same direction.
The driver of one was left with life-changing injuries after it ploughed into the side of the other at about 6.45pm on Sunday.
