Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks declared that she was ‘beyond happy to be alive’ after almost driving off a cliff.
The 51-year-old took to Instagram to share details of her terrifying car crash, sharing a selfie and a subsequent video of a car stuck in a snowbank.
Alongside the post, she began: ‘This photo was taken moments before our driver, Brent, was fortunately able to maneuver the car into the snowbank, as we were headed to crash off of a cliff in Utah.
‘This is a reminder to always be grateful and count your blessings. My dear friend and I were in a car accident that could have been far more horrible. Kathy, Brent, and I are all okay and safe.
‘Please be careful on the roads, especially during this season with the most snow in Park City that we have seen in decades.’
The RHOSLC OG concluded the post: ‘Many times in life we dwell on things of little importance rather than being grateful for the positive things that we have.
‘I am beyond happy to be alive and well.’
Many rushed to offer the Bravo star their support in the comments below, including some of her fellow Housewives.

Meredith came to fame on the first season of RHOSLC, and became an instant fan favorite for her love of ‘disengaging’.
Despite the cast being very close in the beginning, ongoing drama has fractured many relationships in the group since the Bravo program premiered.
Shedding light on season four, she shared her hopes that fresh blood in the cast could shake things up and bring everyone together.

“I think we need people who are going to help bridge the gap,’ Meredith told Page Six. Obviously, we’re very divided right now. That’s a problem.
‘It’s obviously really hard to have events and do things when we’re not getting along.
‘So hopefully we have some people who can come in, lighten the mood and bridge the gap.’
