Pub landlords keeping table service and app ordering for ‘concerned’ customers after 19 July
The i says a number of pubs in Britain will approach service with caution after 19 July to make sure they are still “inclusive” and “welcoming” for every part of the community.
While busier high street venues will be packing in guests again – for some, the only way to make money – neighbourhood boozers have plans to keep sections as table service and to still invest in outside space.
Pete Mann, who runs three pubs in Hertfordshire, said he has spent months talking to customers about what they want when restrictions lift.
