Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis attend carol service
Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, stole the show this evening as they joined their parents for a Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey.
The three siblings looked delighted to be attending the annual event, which is spearheaded by mum Kate.
The service, supported by The Royal Foundation, honoured those who work to support babies, young children and families in communities across the UK.
Linked to Kate’s Shaping Us campaign, the service showcases “the hope of new life and why it is so important to build supportive, nurturing worlds around children and the adults in their lives”.
New features this year include a Christmas post box located outside the abbey for children to send handmade Christmas cards and best wishes to other youngsters who might be struggling this festive season. All three of the Wales’s children posted a letter as they entered the Abbey with George’s card appearing to be addressed to “Tony”.

The royal children looked stylish and colour-matched as they headed to the Abbey.
Prince George looked dapper in a navy suit, while Princess Charlotte wore an adorable maroon coat which was paired with navy blue tights, as well as navy blue patent shoes.
Prince Louis proved to be quite the fashion icon as he sported a navy blue jacket with what appeared to be a maroon-coloured jumper underneath. His outfit was completed with a pair of colour-matching trousers and navy blue chelsea boots.
The service will be broadcast on ITV1 and ITVX on Christmas Eve at 7.45pm.

The Prince and Princess of Wales posted on their official X, formerly known as Twitter, account a touching tribute to tonight’s special service saying: “Such a special evening with @earlychildhood here at Westminster Abbey, joining so many wonderful people who do so much to support babies and children in our communities.
“The role of the early years workforce in #ShapingUs is so important, building supportive, nurturing worlds around children and the adults in their lives.
“We’re so excited for you all to see it! Join us on @ITV this Christmas Eve.”
Tonight’s service featured the Westminster Abbey choir, who will perform popular carols, alongside musical performances by the likes of Jacob Collier, Freya Ridings and James Bay. There was also be a special duet by Beverley Knight and Adam Lambert.

Readings were given by speakers including the Prince of Wales, Micheal Ward, Emma Willis, Roman Kemp, and Jim Broadbent, while a specially commissioned poem written by Joseph Coelho, the Children’s Laureate, will be read by Leonie Elliott.
This year, Westminster Abbey is filled with eco-friendly festive decorations, nodding to the theme of children and families.
The event also featured 12 young carers – the youngest of which is just six years old – from the Action for Children Young Carers Aloud choir, who sang carols and Christmas songs upon the guests’ arrival.
