Prince Andrew: Police face growing pressure to investigate royal as Cressida Dick says ‘no-one is above law’
The i says the pressure on UK police to investigate Prince Andrew is growing in the wake of the sexual abuse lawsuit in which he is named as the only defendant.
Dame Cressida Dick confirmed “no-one is above the law” when asked about the allegations surrounding the Queen’s second-born son.
Although she refused “to talk about individuals”, she confirmed the Metropolitan Police would again review whether an investigation into allegations connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is required due to the “apparent civil court case going on in America”.
