Primary school deputy head is charged over rape of a child: Woman, 44, is remanded in custody accused of aiding and abetting assault on girl under 13 and inciting sexual activity with a minor
The Daily Mail says: A deputy head teacher at a primary school has been charged with facilitating the rape of a girl under 13, it emerged yesterday.
Julie Morris, 44, who has worked at St George’s Central Church of England Primary School for around ten years, was remanded in custody when she appeared in court on Monday.
She is charged with aiding and abetting the rape of a girl under 13 and inciting sexual activity with a child, also under 13.
Morris, who is the maths and religious education lead at the school, in Tyldesley near Wigan, has been suspended by Wigan Council.
