Southampton are already relegated, but it must secure more points to avoid being the lowest-points team in Premier League history. Fellow relegation zone team Leicester City will also be seeking all three points.
Second-place Arsenal need a win to close the gap at the top whilst Notts Forest will also be hunting for a win to ensure their place in the top 3.
