Pete Davidson unleashed on Peta in an explicit voicemail, telling a spokesperson to ‘suck his d**k’ after he was slammed for buying a dog instead of adopting.
The Bupkis star was filmed picking up a cavapoo from a New York pet shop last week, alongside his girlfriend, Chase Sui Wonders, following the death of his family dog, Henry.
After their outing made headlines, the organization slammed the 29-year-old for ‘propping up the puppy mill industry,’ and urged him to look into adoption in the future.
Having none of it, Pete got straight on the phone and left a heated voicemail for Daphna Nachminovitch, the Senior VP of Cruelty Investigations, slamming the charity for speaking out.
‘Hi, my name is Pete Davidson, this message is for Daphna,’ he could be heard saying in the message, obtained by TMZ.
‘Thank you so much for making comment publicly that I didn’t adopt a dog. I just want to let you know, I’m severely allergic to dogs so I have to get a specific breed. I’m only not allergic to cavapoos and those types of dogs.

‘My mom’s f**king dog, who is two years old, died a week prior and we’re all so sad, so I had to get a specific dog.
‘Why don’t you do your research before you f**king create news stories for people? F**k you and suck my d**k.’
Peta bosses have since doubled down on their criticism and told the outlet that there is ‘no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog’, adding that Pete could have adopted a cavapoo from other locations – something he was unaware of.

The Saturday Night Live comedian has since calmed down over the voicemail, and has apologized for his ‘poor choice of words’, explaining that it had been a tough time for his family after Henry’s death.
‘I haven’t seen my mom and sister cry like that in over 20 years. I was trying to cheer up my family,’ he told TMZ. ‘I was already upset that the store had filmed me without my permission or acknowledgement.
‘Then this organization made a public example of us, making our grieving situation worse. I am upset. It was a poor choice of words.
‘I shouldn’t have said what I said, but I am not sorry for standing up for myself and my family.’
Metro.co.uk has contacted Pete’s reps for a comment.
