One dead and three injured after explosion at block of flats in Alloa
Emergency services called at about 6pm on Sunday to flats in Kellie Place, Police Scotland said. An explosion has ripped through a block of flats in Scotland, leaving one man dead and several others injured. Fire and emergency crews were called to Alloa amid reports of an explosion at a block of flats.
