The Sun – Now put them in the dock

The Sun calls for those deemed responsible for the failings that led to the Grenfell Tower fire to be prosecuted. The newspaper says ONLY manslaughter charges will bring justice, families of Grenfell victims have blasted after a report laid bare a raft of failings.

Elsewhere, the paper reports on the latest from Oasis, saying that the band have pledged a fairer system when the tickets for their newest shows go on sale.

Only manslaughter charges will bring justice, families of Grenfell victims blast as report lays bare raft of failings

ONLY manslaughter charges will bring justice, families of Grenfell victims have blasted after a report laid bare a raft of failings.

The long-awaited report into the deaths of 72 people in a fire at Grenfell Tower in west London has been published more than seven years after the blaze.

At a press conference this afternoon, campaigner Shah Aghlani said the inquiry into the fire was announced while he was still looking for his mother, who died in the blaze.

He spoke out after a report revealed decades of failures which culminated in the fire.

Ticketmaster face Government investigation over ‘dynamic pricing’ for Oasis tickets

TICKETMASTER will be investigated by the Government over its “dynamic pricing” strategy.

Conservative MP David Davis said: “The rules are not working — this needs to be put right”

The comments come after fans reported being stuck in a planned “virtual queue” on the website over the weekend.

And when they made it to the front of the queue, they discovered tickets were being sold for double that of face value.
