It is the second of two first-round games to be shown, after Tamworth’s match against third-tier Huddersfield Town at 19:45 on 1 November.
The Lambs, who earned promotion to the National League last season, beat Macclesfield in the fourth round of qualifying to set-up a tie with 1922 winners Huddersfield.
ITV have selected three matches for broadcast, including Wrexham’s trip to Harrogate Town and Sutton United’s home tie with Birmingham City.
