Nicola Peltz Beckham will face questioning on video amid the dispute between her father Nelson and her fired wedding planners.
The star’s father – Nelson Peltz, 81 – has filed papers to sue Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba and demanded he receive his $159,000 (£125,000) deposit back which he put down ahead of his daughter’s April nuptials to Brooklyn Beckham, 24, last year.
Following Nelson’s actions, the two co-owners of Plan Design Events, which operates out of Miami, hit back and countersued for a breach of contract.
They claimed Nelson was a ‘bully’ and announced that they had worked tirelessly in an attempt to satisfy all the demands of the family in preparation for Nicola’s big day.
Despite her father’s involvement, the 28-year-old actress has denied in court filings that she had played any part in the dispute that saw the investor fire the duo just eight days after they were hired.
According to DailyMail.com, the Transformers: Age of Extinction star will be deposed for an on-camera grilling in one month, whether she feels she should be pulled into things, or not.

Nicola’s deposition will be the first of the Peltz’s family’s on-the-record answers after Nelson’s May date was postponed in order to see if both sides could work it out through mediation.
The businessman’s wife Claudia, 68, and his famous daughter are reportedly both listed as third-party defendants.
They remained on the list despite both their lawyers attempting to have them removed from the ‘malicious and mean-spirited’ counterclaim.
In a June filing, the publication claimed the Peltz’s lawyers wrote: ‘Aware that its claims are frivolous, PDE (Plan Design Events) shamefully attempts to falsely portray Nicola in an extremely negative light to entice the media and hopefully pressure Mr. Peltz to dismiss his well-founded claims against PDE.

‘While this was tailor-made for the tabloids, it could not be further from the truth.’
Nelson has accused the wedding plans of attempting a ‘good old-fashioned shakedown’ in his filings and claimed they were trying to bill the investor for work they were never formally contracted to carry out.

He continued arguing that the 42 and 40-year-old were ‘not up to the task’ of putting together the picture perfect luxurious ceremony he had planned for her wedding that was held on his Palm Beach estate.
