    Travis Sloan, a talented barista at Costa Coffee’s Longwood Retail Park store in Newtownabbey, is making waves in the coffee world as he secures a spot in the final of Costa Coffee’s prestigious Barista of the Year competition for 2024.

    Sloan’s journey to the final has been nothing short of impressive, showcasing his passion and dedication to the art of coffee making. With his exceptional skills and creativity, he has managed to stand out among hundreds of baristas from across the UK and Ireland.

    The competition, which aims to celebrate the best of the best in the coffee industry, will see Sloan go head-to-head with other top baristas in a series of challenges that will test their technical abilities, creativity, and customer service skills.
