Top Boy star Kadeem Ramsay has wowed fans with his image transformation after going from a 50-inch waist to 34.
The Netflix actor, 29, is best known as a key cast member in the British drama series, in which he played antagonist Kit. He’s also appeared in Sex Education, Blue Story, Lovers Rock, and Small Axe.
Boasting over 140,000 followers on Instagram, the TV star now frequently offers an insight into his health overhaul, often in the gym to tone up his physique.
In one recent video, which was further shared by an impressed @theshadeborough to their 900k-strong audience, he tried on an old pair of jeans, which definitely do not fit him anymore.
Kadeem immediately squealed as he held the trousers up against his body, proceeding to try them on to illustrate just how much his figure had changed.

‘You think it’s a joke? You think it’s a game? Let me show you,’ he said, stepping into the jeans with ease.

Kadeem himself was in disbelief, declaring, ‘What the flip, man?’ as they sagged down against his now much thinner frame.
He fastened the buttons, but this made zero difference, as Kadeem proudly flaunted his slimmer build in a tank top.
Taking to the comments of the post, fans were keen to praise Kadeem for his hard work.

Over on his own Insta, Kadeem has become somewhat of a fitness fanatic, sharing clips of everything from his push-up progress to running on the treadmill.
He also pokes fun at those who reckon he’s been using weight loss jabs to slim down, saying that, no, he’s actually been working out six days a week.
Now, his exercise routine includes walking on an incline for 30 minutes, cycling 10 kilometres, going for 20 minutes on the cross trainer, and doing pull-ups.
Working alongside a personal trainer and keen to progress further, he’s declared, ‘no pain, no gain’, also promising to share his diet with the internet.
Meanwhile, fans have been speculating that ‘heartbreak’ has helped to spur Kadeem on with his transformation, as he recently split from his co-star.

The actor was dating Bafta-winning star Jasmine Jobson, best known as Jaq in Top Boy.
She and Kadeem confirmed their relationship publicly in October 2023, having been linked since July. Alas, in May this year, she told everyone it was over, as she was now in ‘a committed relationship with life’.
In a video shared online, when probed on whether she was still in a relationship, she replied: ‘No, I’m not, but I’m also not single, thank you very much.
‘I am taken by life. And I am celibate—not single, not taken, just in a committed relationship with life.
‘The next time I see somebody, it’s gonna be the man that I marry.’
She turned the comments off on her post, imploring people to ‘be kind’ about the breakup.
