Movies and shows culled from Netflix in October from Schitt’s Creek to Troy and Big Fish

There are many titles which have disappeared from Netflix UK in October, but it’s to make way for a winter schedule packed with binge-worthy new shows.

The acclaimed Shitt’s Creek took a bow and left the streaming platform, alongside blockbuster films such as Troy, Big Fish and Catch Me if You Can.

Fan favourite Mean Girls also made its exit, as does sci-fi thriller starring Will Smith, I Am Legend, so get watching while you still can.

Some 90s classics from The Net starring Sandra Bullock and The Talented Mr Ripley have also reached their shelf-life so to speak.

However, from November, Netflix has planned an array of original content as well as some films, old and new, worth a watch, so don’t mourn the loss of their October content just yet.
