A mum who was livestreaming a charity walk to raise money for Women’s Aid captured the moment a thief grabbed her phone.
Cassandra Baker, 46, was livestreaming on Facebook while walking with her children in the dark on Monday.
Cheerfully asking her followers about their plans for the evening, she said: ‘Has everyone had their dinner? What have they eaten for dinner?’
She then mentioned she was going to make salmon in the hole with mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots, broccoli with salmon.
In the middle of her sentence, her phone is suddenly snatched by a man on a bicycle, who quickly rode away.
Cassandra had been walking in Bromley Common, southeast London when her phone was taken. She’s since made an appeal to find the thief.

She wrote: ‘My phone was stolen from my hands on a Facebook live last night at approx 6.30pm, Bromley Common. Raising money for Bromley and Croydon Women’s Aid.
‘Does anyone recognise this boy? There were two of them on mountain bikes. Any info please PM me. Please keep showing my video.
‘You can see on the live at the end the culprit. Please give more love and kindness. It’s the only way to stop these things in the future. The world needs more love.’
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: ‘No arrests have been made in relation to this incident yet. It is still under investigation.’
It follows a spate of phone thefts by crooks on bikes across the capital – and Londoners are tired of it.
A suspected phone snatcher was arrested seconds after a phone was stolen, after members of the public assisted police in apprehending him.
CCTV footage in October showed two men on electric bikes riding up Ludgate Hill towards St Paul’s and stealing a phone from a woman.
They were encountered by police officers, the first suspect evaded officers by riding off on the pavement at high speed.
Passerby slowed down the suspect, allowing officers, who ran down the road, to apprehend him.
Phone thefts have risen sharply nationwide for years.
Last year in London alone, 52,144 phones were snatched – one stolen every six minutes.
