Metro - Truss hit by minus strike

Summary of the front page

Liz Truss’s popularity has fallen to a record low of -70%, with more than half the members of the Conservative Party wanting her to go, in a fresh blow to the PM who has only been in the job for six weeks, writes Metro.

“Truss hit by minus strike” declares the headline.  The paper says the YouGov poll shows that PM Liz Truss is more unpopular than both Boris Johnson and Jemery Corbyn and is almost as unpopular as Prince Andrew with the public.

The front page uses a still from the PM’s BBC interview in which she apologised for ‘mistakes made’ with the mini-budget – when she crashed the economy!
