Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been accused of ‘disrespecting’ the Catholic church after dressing up in fetishised religious costumes for Halloween.
The couple – who got engaged in 2021 – sparked backlash with their outfit choices this year with rapper MGK dressed as a priest and Transformers actress Megan donning latex lingerie with thigh-high boots.
In photos posted on social media, Megan and MGK – real name Colson Baker – are both seen clutching rosary beads while a video shows the rapper feeding his fiancee communion while she crouches down on her knees.
‘On Sundays we take communion,’ Megan captioned the controversial post.
MGK also shared the video to his Instagram stories and wrote: ‘God bless you.’
The comments section was flooded with criticism of their antics, with one follower writing: ‘I’m not catholic but this is so WRONG AND SO MANY WAYS making fun of religion . Respect required respect so you guys lost mine . Respect the Bible !!!!’

Another agreed: ‘This is just distasteful and I’m an atheist.’
One shocked critic added: ‘Totally dislike these costumes. And to mock communion is sad to me!!! I’m a fan of you both but damn this was jus like a total WTF MOMENT FOR ME!!!!’
Sharing their gripe with the couple’s behaviour, one follower questioned: ‘What happened to cultural appropriation? Why is it wrong to dress up as an Indian but okay to mock the Catholic faith. It’s absolutely abhorrent and offensive and I’m so sick of the double standard!’

‘Unacceptable. No one should ever mock someone else’s religion,’ another stated, while one other joined in: ‘Why is it that all you celebs mock Christianity? What’s the agenda?’
Earlier in the week, MGK and Megan kicked off their Halloween celebrations by dressing up as former real life couple Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.
The actress wore a tight-fitting short dress that accentuated her body – identical to one once owned by Pamela – and smiled widely as she leaned up against her fiancé.
MGK meanwhile had also copied the notorious drummer’s outfit from a series of famous photographs during Pam and Tommy’s tumultuous relationship, wearing a white tank top and black leather trousers.
The rapper proposed in 2021 after a year and a half together, with the sweet moment being caught on camera as MGK got down on one knee. Of course, in true MGK-Megan fashion, the pair declared that they ‘drank each other’s blood’ during the romantic moment.
