Max Verstappen has sealed victory after a thrilling race at the the La Vegas Grand Prix.
Against the glamorous backdrop of Sin City, the Dutchman crossed the finish line in first place with Justin Bieber waving the chequered flag on the Vegas strip as he sealed another victory.
Verstappen clawed his way back having dropped down to fifth place by the halfway stage of the race having also been hit with a five second penalty.
The defending champion, an outspoken critic of the Vegas setting having labelled it ’99 per cent show’ this week, continued his domination on the track, securing his 18th win of the season.
Charles Leclerc saw off Sergio Perez at the line to secure second spot. George Russell came in behind them on fourth but a five second time penalty pushed him down to eighth place.
Lando Norris was involved in a crash in the fourth lap, hitting the wall after narrowly missing teammate Oscar Piastri.
The Briton was taken to a local hospital for ‘further precautionary investigations’.
The Dutchman comes out on top in Sin City.
