Hancock was warned of risks of not testing, say care homes

The Guardian’s front page leads with Matt Hancock, as some of the UK’s largest care home providers say they repeatedly warned the health secretary’s department about the risk of not testing residents before they were discharged from hospitals. 

Also featured on the front splash is a report suggesting the outlook for 21 June was more pessimistic, according to government sources.
