A massive police response to a fight among teenagers at a Miami mall has ignited a conspiracy theory that the incident actually involved roaming 10-foot aliens.
More than five dozen cop cars with sirens blaring parked along a street adjacent to Bayside Marketplace in downtown Miami, Florida, on the night of New Year’s Day,
A video from X (formerly Twitter) user Nicola Antonucci recorded from a high-rise across the street shows even more police cars arriving despite much of Biscayne Boulevard already being lined with officers’ vehicles.
‘A call for all the units in the city of Miami,’ a person is heard saying in Spanish in the video shot at 9.37pm on Monday. ‘We don’t know what’s happening… This is what looks like when a call is made to all the units.’

Multiple people reported hearing gunshots at the two-story mall. The noises were actually fireworks that a group of teens were throwing at each other, and four of them who were ‘causing a riot inside the mall’ and ‘causing panic’ were taken into custody, according their arrest reports obtained by WPLG.
But another video circulating social media pointed out a silver or gray figure seemingly at least 10 feet tall, moving slowly on the sidewalk in front of four cop cars.
’10ft Aliens/Creatures (caught on camera?) What?’ wrote actor Antonio Sabato Jr, who shared the clip from GoodLionTV on X (formerly Twitter).
Conservative commentator Rogan O’Handley on his @DC_Draino X account remarked: ‘So are we not going to be told the truth about why Miami had possibly the biggest police response I’ve ever seen in my life? They’re saying it was for teenagers fighting? What really happened?’

But other social media users were not sold on the alien theory. Some said the clip was too low quality to come to conclusions, and that the figure could have been something else, like three cops walking together.
The police reports did not mention an alien or unidentified creature. They stated that cops escorted 50 minors out of the mall and then saw 15 other juveniles beating up a driver and intervened.
Two 15-year-old boys who were arrested have been charged with battery, burglary, third-degree grand theft and resisting an officer without violence. The other arrested teens, aged 14 and 16, have been charged with resisting an officer without violence.
It is not the only recent claim of alien sightings in America. In November, a military whistleblower said the US has recovered at least ten alien bodies following UFO crashes.
