WWE superstar Andrade has reportedly left the company less than two years after his return.
The 35-year-old wrestler, who only returned at the Royal Rumble in January 2024, is said to be gone and few months shy of the two year anniversary of his comeback.
As reported by Fightful Select, he has left after not being used for a recent bout, with a source telling the outlet if he had bee available for the match in question, he ‘would be’ in it.
It’s claimed his contract didn’t expire, as he had over 18 months on the deal when he returned at the beginning of last year.
Although the circumstances around the departure aren’t known, it’s said to have ‘been in the works’, while he hasn’t been at SmackDown recently.
The outlet claimed ‘immediate creative plans’ were impacted since SummerSlam, while several members of the roster ‘had no idea what what was going or not that Andrade had left’.

He hasn’t wrestled since SummerSlam on August 3, and is now in the online alumni section.
Andrade is a former United States and NXT Champion, and had most recently been seen teaming with Rey Fenix, whose brother Penta is a fixture on Monday Night Raw.
The duo started tagging in May this year, a few weeks after WrestleMania, getting wins over the likes of #DIY and Fraxiom.
Before that team, Andrade had only wrestled five times on television in the first four months of the year, including the Royal Rumble February.
Back in February, it was revealed Andrade and fellow wrestler Charlotte Flair had got divorced after almost six years together.
Court records obtained by TMZ at the time showed that Charlotte actually filed to separate from her husband in June 2024, with the split being finalised four months later.
Charlotte, who was also on the shelf with a devastating injury while going through the split, described that period as the ‘hardest year I’ve ever had since my brother passed away’.

He left WWE in 2021 after confirming he had requested his release, joining AEW a few months later for a two-year stint.
In All Elite Wrestling, he was paired with Vickie Guerrero, the widow of late, great Eddie Guerrero and went onto feud with the likes of Pac and Cody Rhodes.
His final feud was with Miro at Worlds End 2023, and his contract expired at the end of the year, shortly before his WWE comeback.
