Roads have been deserted (Picture: PA/Stephen Huntley/HVC)
Roads across England have been virtually deserted as football fans geared up for the Women’s World Cup final.
Millions of supporters headed to pubs, beer gardens and designated fan zones to watch the game between England and Spain taking place in Stadium Australia in Sydney.
Usually bustling roads and streets for a Sunday were left empty while people kept their eyes on Lionesses.
The M25 at Brentwood, Essex, was pretty quite during the first half of the final this morning.
