M6 traffic horror: Three-mile queues as crash causes huge delays – updates as lanes closed
The Daily Express says THE M6 is experiencing severe delays this Friday afternoon following a crash involving a lorry.
The incident took place at around 1pm on the M6 northbound near Cheshire. All traffic was temporarily held at 1.30pm between J18 for Middlewich and J19 for Northwich. A lorry and a silver Kia Sportage were involved in the collision, Cheshire Police said.
Another vehicle has also broken down in lane one of the carriageway.
Two lanes are currently closed on the M6 northbound, National Highways said.
