Love Island star Mehdi Edno faced the wrath of the Aftersun audience after he claimed he was going to wait for Whitney Adebayo.
Last Tuesday, the model, 26, and Mal Nichol, 25, who arrived at the villa only last week as a bombshell, were dumped from the villa.
Medhi, who was coupled up with businesswoman Whitney, 25,in a controversial relationship, took her aside to comfort her and urged her to find love with another singleton.
‘My time has come. You’re here to find love. Go got it. Don’t be sad. You never know your last chance. I’ll miss you so much,’ he told her.
Whitney, in the Beach Hut, called the dumping ‘brutal’ and ‘so sad’ as she broke down in tears.
However, Whitney bounced back and tried her luck with Zachariah Noble.

Although they were coupled up from the beginning, many questioned the duo’s compatibility.
However during Sunday’s latest Aftersun, host Maya Jama asked Mehdi if was going to wait for Whitney.
And viewers were surprised to hear him say yes. Even the audience didn’t seem too happy with his response.
‘LMAOOOOO SORRY the public booing Mehdi when he said he was waiting for Whitney outside I can’t,’ one person tweeted.
‘Is Mehdi saying he’s waiting for Whitney because he knows how loved she is?’ another added.
Elsewhere, during tonight’s main show, dumped islander Molly Marsh made her return.
Zachariah looked nervous before she took him aside to confront him on what had happened while she was away, with Molly telling him: ‘I’ve seen everything.’
While some were intrigued by her comeback, fans seemed pretty underwhelmed by her return.
‘Letting molly come back during casa is soo weird because it takes the fun away from casa. i feel like i’m watching the molly and zach saga, and that’s not fair on the new girls,’ one person tweeted.
Love Island returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.
