Hillsborough claims 97th victim as Liverpool fan dies 32 years after disaster
The Metro says: A Liverpool fan who suffered life-changing injuries in the Hillsborough disaster has died, 32 years after the tragedy.
Andrew Devine was not expected to survive the day after he was crushed during the FA Cup Semi Final on April 15, 1989.
But after decades of proving doctors wrong, Liverpool FC has confirmed that Andrew died on Tuesday.
A coroner has ruled he was unlawfully killed as a result of the disaster, making him the 97th victim.
