The late Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood has reportedly filed to represent their 14-year-old twin daughters in court.
A hearing is allegedly taking place to establish who will inherit the late singer’s multi-million dollar trust after she died from cardiac arrest on January 12 aged 54.
Presley was the only child of legendary rocker Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley, and the trust is said to include her late father’s Graceland home and 15% ownership of the accompanying estate.
According to Priscilla, 77, a 2016 amendment to her daughter’s will removed her and her business manager Barry Siegel from the trust and added the late star’s children Riley Keough and Benjamin Keough to the document instead.
Benjamin died by suicide in 2020 aged just 27.
Priscilla is now said to be contesting the ‘authenticity and validity’ of the amendment.

Now, according to TMZ, Lockwood, who was married to Presley from 2006 to 2021 is asking the judge to appoint him as ‘guardian ad litem’ and allow him to speak on behalf of his 14-year-old twins, Finley and Harper Lockwood.
The trust, which allegedly had two life insurance policies, one for $25 million (£20 million) and another one for $10 million (£8.3 million), has become a divisive issue within the Presley family since the mother-of-two’s untimely death.

The late Elvis’ ex-wife Priscilla and their granddaughter Riley are reportedly ‘no longer talking’ over the trust arrangements.
Presley shared Riley and Benjamin with her first husband, Danny Keough, who she was married to from 1988 to 1994.
Riley, who starred in Max Max: Fury Road, is said to be ‘heartbroken’ by the row.
