LIVERPOOL ECHO says on Thursday evening the internet descended into meltdown as Lionel Messi, arguably the greatest player to ever play the game, announced he would not be signing a new deal with Barcelona due financial struggles of the La Liga side.
And whilst it might seem minuscule to Liverpool and Klopp, it could, in fact, be bad news for the Reds’ league title pursuit in the coming season.
