A new version of Love Island is set to take to the screen, but viewers can expect a big twist.
The hit dating show took the UK by storm when it first launched in 2015, and ultimately led to an Australian and American version of the series.
Streamer Peacock recently teased that a new reality programme titled Love Island Games will premiere later this year and will bring together our favourite islanders from the US, UK Down Under – all competing for the champions title.
Let the cracking on begin!
In the updated special, romance will meet reality as former contestants are faced with both team and couple challenges, all while navigating dating, eliminations, recoupling and dramatic new arrivals.
No details have been confirmed about Love Island Games streaming in the UK, but the first season will premiere after the fifth season of Love Island USA wraps.

Fans in the UK don’t have long to wait, as the summer series reportedly kicks off Monday June 5.
An insider told The Sun: ‘Love Island will start on June 5, just as people are getting ready to enjoy their summers.
‘ITV have already lined up the islanders who will be heading to the show’s villa in Majorca.
‘The cast will fly out late next month ready for the show to begin in just eight weeks.’

The source added that the series will run for eight weeks and that presenter Maya Jama was ‘chomping at the bit’ to get to work.
They explained: ‘Having her on board has given Love Island a real boost and it’s expected that ratings will soar.’
The winter edition of Love Island, which was filmed in South Africa, was won by Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan, while Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti were crowned winners of the main event last year.
Love Island Games premieres this fall on Peacock, and Love Island UK is available to stream on ITVX.
