Labour MP Mike Amesbury has been suspended from the party after a video surfaced allegedly showing him sucker-punching a constituent on the street.

The shocking CCTV footage appears to show the 55-year-old politician attempting to hit the man up to six times while he is on the ground.
Mr. Amesbury stated yesterday that he “felt threatened” before the incident, which took place at 2:15 a.m. on Saturday in his Runcorn and Helsby constituency, Cheshire.
