King Charles was absent from Sunday’s Church service in Sandringham – which he usually attends every week.

Camilla says King is ‘looking forward to getting back to work’
King Charles appears to have missed today’s church service in Sandringham, as the monarch prepares for his planned operation for an enlarged prostate next week.
Royal fans and photographers gathered at St Mary Magdalene Church this morning in the hopes they get a glimpse of the monarch, however Charles did not go to his normal church service.
On Friday, the King was pictured leaving his Birkhall estate in Aberdeen with Queen Camilla, where the pair had been staying.
They travelled to Sandringham, where the monarch will rest before his surgery. They then travelled to the airport as the couple made their way to Sandringham, where Charles will rest prior to his prostate surgery next week.

Later, he was also pictured looking concerned as he was heading to his Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.
On Thursday, the Queen said Charles is “looking forward to getting back to work” as she visited Aberdeen’s Art Gallery.
The Lord Provost asked after His Majesty’s health, to which Camilla replied: “He’s fine, thank you very much. Looking forward to getting back to work.”
On Wednesday, Buckingham Palace sent shockwaves around the world when it announced the monarch was due for a planned operation for an enlarged prostate next week.

The statement read: “In common with thousands of men each year, The King has sought treatment for an enlarged prostate.
“His Majesty’s condition is benign and he will attend hospital next week for a corrective procedure.
“The King’s public engagements will be postponed for a short period of recuperation.”
It is understood Charles wished to make his diagnosis public in order to encourage more men to get checked.
