Kim Kardashian suffered a broken shoulder and torn tendon, but the star is now in recovery.
The 42-year-old Skims founder revealed in a new social media video that she’s not been hitting up the gym for a few weeks because of the injury.
The mum-of-four let fans know that her strict workout regime has since resumed and she’s back to working up a sweat with her trainer Melissa Alcantara.
Kim explained on Instagram: ‘I broke my shoulder and tore the tendon, so I’ve been out of the gym a few weeks but I’m back!’
She added: ‘Melissa had the same thing happen to her, so we’re starting our rehab today.’
‘Nothing’s gonna keep me down,’ Kim added.

She’s yet to reveal how the injury happened.
Kim and her long-term trainer Melissa have been working together since 2017.
Speaking to PEOPLE in 2018 about their partnership, Melissa explained: ‘They [the Keeping Up With The Kardashians producers] were like, “Are you available to train Kim on Monday?”

‘I was like, “Of course I’m available!” And it went from there.’
The fitness guru added: ‘Kim told me, “I love my body. I love the way it looks and I love my hips”.
‘She just wanted more muscle. She wanted bigger hamstrings, which accentuates the entire leg. And she wants those cut arms and abs!’

After their sushi dinner, the girls are said to have then been treated to ice cream and smoothies by Kim.
The girls wore their basketball kit with North wearing her Nike Zoom Kobe 4 Mambacita trainers which were released in remembrance of Kobe Bryant’s daughter Gigi Bryant.
North is the eldest of the four and Kim also shares Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, four, with Kanye.
