Kevin Hart has shared a very TMI health update after he injured himself in a painful accident while running.
On Wednesday, the Jumanji actor shared a video from a wheelchair, explaining that he competed in a footrace against New England Patriots athlete Stevan Ridley, but may have pushed himself too far in his efforts to see who was faster.
As you do…
The 44-year-old managed to tear his lower abdomen and his abductors during the sprint, and will be recovering for around six to eight weeks.
Thankfully, he managed to keep his sense of humor in tact as he opened up about his recuperation in a new video, quipping that his private parts have suffered.
Panning the camera across to the wheelchair beside him while in a car, Kevin told viewers: ‘You know how long it takes me to get the f**k out the car? I’m a mess. I’m a f**king mess, man.

‘This s**t got me… It’s bad, it’s f**king bad. My d**k looks like a thumb. Everything is swollen. Balls done got big as hell.
‘Can’t move my goddamn legs. All from “on your marks, get set, go”. Never again.’
The Central Intelligence star also took the opportunity to jokingly call out his famous friends for making light of the situation by telling him that he’s ‘supposed to be in shape’.
Having precisely none of it, he fumed: ‘B***h, I am in shape! This ain’t got nothing to do with being in shape! When’s the last time you have run an all-out sprint? I’m talking about a hard effort run, giving it all you got?

‘When’s the last time you have given yourself a 1000% effort sprint? People don’t do this s**t. Not at the age 40 and up. That’s why my stupid ass is in this situation.
‘To every friend that has called me and has laughed at me, boy… After this six to eight weeks when I get back to functioning, I’m going to light your asses up. You know who the f**k you are.
‘”On your marks, get set, go.” Set me down, didn’t it? It should’ve been, “on your marks, get set, no”. That’s what the f**k I should’ve did. That’s what I’m going to do next time.
‘We’ll be back, this road to recovery is going to be real.’

Kevin’s pals didn’t take his warning to heart and couldn’t help but mock his predicament in the comments below.
Dwayne Johnson was among the first to reply, and insisted: ‘I said what I said out of love.’
Wanda Sykes suggested a possible business opportunity in his injury, penning: ‘Look on the bright side! Now you can drop your own line of wheelchairs. HartWheels!’
Don Cheadle laughed: ‘Aren’t you a little OLD to be running races, mother?’
As Kevin’s wife, Eniko Hart, added: ‘I bet next time you’ll listen to me!’

Earlier this week, the Ride Along icon announced that he would be in a wheelchair for the foreseeable future after sustaining painful injuries.
Detailing the accident, he said that he was adamant that he was faster than NFL legend Stevan, and ran a 40-yard dash to prove it.
However, it didn’t quite go to plan as Kevin accidentally ‘blew all [his] s**t’ in the sprint.
‘Tore my lower abdomen and my abductors are torn. I don’t even know what that is, but I tore them,’ he revealed. ‘I can’t walk. This is 44… It’s over, sit down. What are we competing for at this age? What am I even doing? Why did I even race? Stupidest s**t ever.
‘Got to be the stupidest man alive. It is what it is. This is life. I’m out.’
