‘It should have been five’ – Kevin De Bruyne reacts to four-goal haul for Manchester City at Wolves
The Metro says Kevin De Bruyne said he had a ‘pretty nice’ evening as he scored four goals in Manchester City’s 5-1 win at Wolves, although he was disappointed he didn’t make it five.
The Belgian was in stunning form at Molineux, scoring his side’s first four goals, the first three of which were with his ‘weaker’ left foot.
This is the 30-year-old’s most prolific season for City, taking his tally to 15 in the Premier League and 19 in all competitions.
However, it irked him that a late strike hit the post and didn’t make it five for him on an amazing evening.
‘Yeah, pretty nice,’ De Bruyne told Sky Sports of his night out in Wolverhampton.
