Kevin Costner’s former wife is said to have been asked to remove her things from the star’s million-dollar mansion they formerly lived in together.
The 68-year-old actor was once married to handbag designer Christine Baumgartner, 49, however, it seemed the fashion expert was being ordered to leave his life in more ways than one, as of late.
Worth a cool $145million (£114.1m), the mansion became a point of contention during their divorce trial that was being carried out in Santa Barbara, California.
Christine was originally noted to have agreed to move out of the lavish home – but only on her terms – and the date for her exit was set at August 31in court filings.
According to MailOnline, the documents revealed that the designer would leave the estate at the end of summer provided that her former spouse complied ‘with whatever support and fee orders that the court makes on July 12.’
The publication further noted that it was inconclusive as to whether the original hearing is still listed on the calendar.

Following reports from American outlet TMZ – who claimed to have obtained the case judge’s written ruling – Christine’s arguments were rejected under these circumstances.
The news source suggested she had argued that the Criminal actor was trying to unfairly remove her from their shared however the judge deemed her points were ‘without merit’.
Christine had reportedly stated that she ‘will move in due course, but this is a major undertaking and can only be accomplished with careful planning …’ to no avail.

The development came after it was revealed that the judge was inclined to suggest their marital prenuptial agreement – which stated she had one month to leave the premises if either partner filed for divorce – was valid and entirely enforceable.
It was previously reported that Christine had listed her intentions in court filings that outlined her wishes for her and her children’s next steps.
She was said to have written: ‘Kevin wants me to rent [a] place without [a] financial plan in place. However, [I] have our three children to think about. It is contrary to their best interests to commit to rental that [I] may not be able to afford, particularly as that would ultimately lead to multiple relocations.

‘My goal has been and continues to be maintaining as much stability for our children as possible, which includes having the proper resources and plan in place so that [I] can establish [a] stable home for them, rather than making temporary and inconsistent housing arrangements.’
