Keke Palmer has been accused of abusing her ex-partner Darius Jackson as he files a restraining order against her.
The Nope actress, 30, successfully filed a restraining order against Jackson in November, and applied for sole custody of their nine-month-old son Leodis.
Palmer had alleged Jackson was abusive towards her and ‘rough’ with their son, and Jackson is reported to now stay 100 yards away from them until further notice.
Now Jackson has also filed for a restraining order against the mother of his child, alleging she was ‘verbally and physically abusive’ towards him.
In court documents seen by the New York Post, Jackson claims he was ‘agitated and aggressive’ and ‘punched’ him at a party in 2021.
He claims this was witnessed by a friend who tried to stop the alleged incident, and has provided text messages purported to be from Palmer as evidence, with one reading: ‘I am sorry for hitting you.’

The same year, he claims Palmer ‘violently gripped’ his arm and demanded him not to leave the house, and says texts were exchanged and he sent her photos of the mark she allegedly ‘left on my arm that night.’
In another alleged incident from 2023, he claims she was verbally abusive to him and then attacked him over email when he walked away trying to ‘de-escalate the situation’ but she ‘became more enraged.’
He also claims Palmer was on the phone to her mother, Sharon Palmer Jackson, when he asked where their son was and she refused to tell him.
Her mother then ‘directed threats and profanities at me,’ he claims, in a conversation he recorded as ‘I could sense [Palmer] was becoming verbally and physically abusive.’

A transcript alleging to be of the conversation between him and Palmer’s mother sees her call him a ‘punk’ from a family with ‘mental problems.’
In her own filings against him, Palmer accused Jackson of being verbally and physically abusive, and claims he trespassed in her home when looking to bring their son to a sports game but the baby was with her sister.
Following a verbal disagreement, he allegedly ‘knocked [her] backward over the couch, stole [her] phone out of [her] hands, and then ran out of the house.’
She followed him out to get her phone but was ‘nearly hit’ by her ex’s car.

The Boyfriend singer stated the altercation was ‘captured by her home security camera, which will be played for the Court at the time of the hearing.’
Her declaration later went into further detail about the ‘many instances’ of violence the star was allegedly subjected to.
She wrote: ‘[There were] many instances of physical violence, including striking and grabbing me around the neck, descriptions of Darius destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting me in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.’
The pair began dating in 2021 before Palmer announced she was expecting their first child in December 2022. Rumours they had split began earlier this year and were fuelled after Jackson took issue with an outfit Palmer wore to an Usher concert.
Jackson did not address the abuse allegations at the time but posted a picture of himself holding Leodis with the caption: ‘I love you, son. See you soon.’
